 My cousin Rowena’s hamster Cody in his play house.  He was SO cute to watch, especially on his exercising wheel.

Sunday night, after Dad and the rest of our crew got home from Tulsa, and we had collected Uncle Jim’s things, we loaded up and headed over to Denton to enjoy some dinner and chat with our Aunt Becky and her family.  Becky is my Dad’s older (and only) sister, and Uncle Jim’s as well.  My uncle and aunt have 4 children: Jason (21), Rachel (18), Dennis Jr. (14) and Rowena (10).  Currently Rachel, Dennis Jr. and Rowena live at home. 

We had a very enjoyable meal and time of visiting with each other.  Rachel & Rowena showed me their rooms and the newest addition to their family… Rowena’s pet hamster Cody.  Then we watched part of The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe.  We left Denton around 1:30 Monday morning, and drove the 30 minutes to Dallas, to Grandpa and Grandma’s house.

 The dining table looking so nice, set for the delicious dinner we ate at Uncle Dennis and Aunt Becky’s in Denton.  We had a lovely time, and even though it was very late (cough!) or should I say early when we left, we had an enjoyable time visiting and catching up on each others happenings.
